Hi, I’m Annalise

—former corporate executive turned leadership coach, speaker, and creator of  the Rooted + Real framework. 

I spent over 20 years leading teams, navigating high-growth companies, and figuring out how to  lead with strength and heart. I’ve been the person in the room second-guessing myself. I’ve been  the leader carrying too much for everyone else. And I’ve also been the one who learned how to  stand grounded in her voice, values, and vision—and helped others do the same.  

Rooted + Real was born out of that journey: a no-fluff, human-centered approach to leadership  that actually works.  


Not because it looks good on paper, but because it meets people where they are and helps them  lead from who they truly are.
